1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bebaho (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Bebaho is a multi-tenant CRM platform designed for wedding planners, photographers, caterers, florists, musicians, venue managers, and other event professionals. Features include lead and client management, vendor coordination, event management with 50+ vendor-specific planning tools, budget tracking, itinerary building, guest management, seating charts, task management, AI-powered insights, real-time notifications, configurable workspaces, and subscription billing.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Organization & Multi-Tenancy

  • Each account belongs to an Organization. All data is scoped to the organization.
  • Organizations are fully isolated. You cannot access another organization’s data.
  • Organization administrators are responsible for managing team member access.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

  • Bebaho offers Starter (free), Professional, and Agency plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
  • If payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the free tier after a grace period.
  • Plan limits are enforced per the current plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or disruptive code.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
  • Use automated scraping or bots beyond the intended interface.

7. Data & Privacy

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service.
  • We will not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
  • Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
  • AI features process data only to generate insights for your organization.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bebaho and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bebaho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
  • You may request a data export before termination by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
